I bought it for my boyfriend who has every queen CD but no videos (until now). Now he sings with every song and tells me every bit of history that he knows about queen.If you're a queen fan, I highly recommend it.
This band puts 99% of modern acts to shame. Freddie Mercury is hands down one of the best showmen that rock and roll has ever seen and this DVD showcases him at the top of his game. It is well filmed, sounds amazing, with all the hits that you know and love, performed flawlessly.I think every wannabe rock star should see this movie to learn what real performance is. Not only is their musicianship and performance top notch here, the interaction with the audience, as large as it is, is phenomenal. You can see how every person, even those on the farthest row, were affected.
I wish it was available in Blu-ray. My only gripe.
I own their entire discography/concerts, interviews.etc. I have been a Queen/Freddie fan for the longest time.
A must have in every fan's library of Queen memorablia. In my opinion this is Freddie in his finest form.
His sheer energy is a delight to watch and food for the Queen lovers soul. Yes, there is one.
Overall, excellent from One Vision to outtakes of the previously unreleased footage of the Friday concert.
Excellent purchase. I recommend it to all Queen lovers that do not have this dvd yet. What an excellent show and the quality of the whole production is incredible. I'd wish have been in that concert, but at least this dvd brings home this incredible band.Superb.
Queen Live at Wembley was everything I hoped it would be. The band was at their height and the video production was superb. One of the most electic concerts I've seen. A must-have for any fan of the greatest live band ever, Queen.
